The house has two main entrances: one for each apartment. The main entrances have lighting. There is also an entrance through the veranda on the pharmacy side, as well as a terrace entrance on the sea side. There is a water connection at that entrance for watering the garden.

The building has a fire and security alarm, and the property is equipped with live CCTV cameras linked with a smartphone app. There is a Wi-Fi connection.

The attic is insulated, but not finished. Electricity and water lines have been set up in the attic. The foundation of the house is insulated.

The kitchen has a built-in kitchen countertop with shelves under it; the countertop is combined with an electric cooker and an oven under it, with an extractor hood above. There is a refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave.

The living room offers a sofa with a coffee table and two armchairs, a convertible sofa, and a wardrobe.

The bedroom has a wooden double bed, an oak headboard, and 2 bedside tables.

The hallway is equipped with a built-in wardrobe.

In the WC/shower room, there is a shower unit, a closet, and a towel drier.

The utility room has a heating boiler, wooden shelves, and a washing machine.

The bedroom, WC/shower room, and utility room are all independently accessible through the hallway.

Brief history of the house

The building at Liepu iela 3 was the first pharmacy in Roja and functioned as such until the early 1990’s. This is one of Roja’s four oldest houses. More details about the history of Liepu 3 can be found at the Roja Museum, which has a few exhibits related to the former pharmacy.
